They are easy to use and discreet, just put a pouch in your mouth in between your gum and lip for up to an hour. You’ll likely feel a slight tingling sensation at first for around 5-10 minutes as the nicotine is absorbed into your system. Repeated this process up to 7 times before the nicotine is depleted from one pouch.
